Nikki did a wonder job helping us find our home. The market was extremely tight with homes selling in a few days. She listened to what we were looking for, and as soon as something new was, listed Nikki made sure it was in our mailbox with a text follow up. Then she made the time to be available to show us the property on our schedule and answer all the questions we could think to ask. During the competitive bidding process Nikki was always available, even when we decided to make a bid 30 minutes before the deadline. Once the bid was accepted she stayed with us and helped guide us through all the paperwork and process in completing the sale until we moved in the home. She even followed up a few times after we moved in to make sure everything went well. Nikki was always fast to respond to our text messages and return phone calls, at the same time always had a very cheerful and positive attitude. Zillow partnered me with Anyssia Singh of the Deniz Realty Partners for my recent home search in Windermere, FL. I found Mario to be very knowledgeable. I made the mistake of not using Mario as my agent, but he still gave me 5 star service. That is the type of person he is and how he conducts business. Super professional and was able to answer all my questions. The level of service I received for Mario not  making a dime off me shows what kind of integrity he has. Tommy went above and beyond what is expected out of a realtor. I have had many in my years. Not only is he for his clients, he fixed things around my house that I was not able to do. I was not prepared one day for him to show my house because I told him I forgot to make my bed and clean the pool  before I left...no problem he said I'll take care of that..that was little to him, big to me. He fixed a sprinkler problem , went to hardware store, bought parts and it was done! Walk thru day came and I went to the house to make sure all was good and noticed smoke detector was beeping and blinds remote didn't work. Let me start by saying that i'm a Manager of Mortgage Company and I work with a lot of Real Estate agents. Mario is at the top of the list of best agents i've worked with. My wife and I relocated from Rhode Island so this was a bit of a challenge and fear for us because we didn't have time to  actually travel down and see the houses. Mario told us that he was very familiar with this type of transaction and let me tell you, he totally nailed it. We really wanted a house with a community pool but didn't think we could find one in our price range and had resolved ourselves to the thought that we'd need to get a townhome instead. Somehow Mario managed to find the perfect house (not townhome) for us almost immediately. It literally checked all of our boxes and we couldn't be happier. And let's not forget customer service.
